Individual Therapy

There are times in life when things feel heavy, confusing, or harder to carry on your own. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, even when you’re doing everything you can to cope.

I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, chronic stress and pain, life transitions, and relationship and boundary challenges. I also work with neurodivergent adults and am an affirming ally to LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Therapy with me is not about fixing you or pushing for quick solutions. It is about slowing down, understanding what has shaped you, and identifying what you need now in order to feel more at ease in your life.

Starting Where You Are

My approach is relational, integrative, and collaborative. I draw from EMDR, parts-informed and experiential work, Emotionally Focused Therapy principles, CBT, and other evidence-based approaches, adapting the work to fit you rather than asking you to fit a model. At the heart of our work is the relationship we build and my commitment to deeply understanding you and your experience.

Trauma and Complex Trauma

When working with trauma and C-PTSD, I often integrate EMDR alongside a strong emphasis on safety, stabilization, and pacing. Rather than rushing toward insight or resolution, we focus on slowing things down so that change feels sustainable and grounded. Healing unfolds more naturally when your system feels supported rather than overwhelmed. You can read more about this on the BLOG.

Life Transitions

I work with individuals navigating major life transitions, whether planned or unexpected, including relationship changes, health challenges, aging, career shifts, or realizing that something no longer fits the life you are living. Even positive changes can be unsettling, and therapy can help you make sense of what is emerging and how you want to move forward with intention.

Neurodivergence

I work with neurodivergent adults who are seeking greater clarity, self understanding, and ways to live with more self trust in a world not always designed for them. I also support parents of differently wired children, offering a space to process the emotional impact of parenting, explore acceptance, recognize their child’s strengths, and speak openly about how life may look different than they once imagined. You can read more about this on the BLOG.

Chronic Pain and
Chronic Illness

I bring lived experience and clinical training to my work with people living with chronic pain or chronic health conditions. I understand how physical pain or illness can affect emotional wellbeing, identity, and relationships, and I work to ensure these experiences are understood in context rather than minimized or pathologized. You can read more about this on the BLOG.
