Therapy Services
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each person and partnership arrives with a unique history, set of challenges, and hopes for change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship strain, life transitions, or longstanding emotional patterns, our work will be shaped around what matters most to you. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a steady, supportive space to understand what feels heavy, untangle long-standing patterns, and reconnect with a greater sense of clarity and ease.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a supportive space to untangle recurring conflict, strengthen communication, and rebuild connection when your relationship feels strained or stuck.

Extended Sessions (90 minutes)
$225
Extended sessions are available for initial couples sessions and for EMDR work. A longer session allows time for a more spacious, unrushed approach when deeper focus or additional support is helpful.

Sliding Scale
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need. Please feel free to reach out to inquire about current availability.

Insurance & Payment
I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. I can provide a superbill upon request for those seeking reimbursement through their insurance plan.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services if you are not using insurance or are choosing not to submit claims to your insurance.

This estimate will outline the anticipated charges for therapy services and is available upon request. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charges.
